Being in the industry for more than 5 years, I took the challenge and started with long term rentals and broadened my horizons by moving into holiday rentals over the December/January season and with a surprise found that the industry needs a structured and well organised organisation to deal with there day to day and holiday needs.

With the industry so diverse, it gives you the ultimate challenge providing a good service with a difference that people would remember you as an individual and that they will use you and your business as a referring tool to others.

In this environment I have learnt that providing a good service and going the extra mile will in the end determine the growth of your business.

I find it refreshing to find a home for each and every family. It is not just a job; it is getting involved on a personal level - providing them with a diverse pool of services in and around there homes.

I have been fortunate to acquire a very good referral base from people in the same industry and cannot thank them enough for their support.

To me, that is what it is all about, supporting each other in such a way that my business will stand out not for who I am, but for what I do for my clients.
